Deposit
For each space reserved, we require a $500.00 non-refundable
deposit. Receipt of this deposit will result in a space being
held for you pending receipt of your final payment no later
than 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Balance Of Payment
The balance of payment is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival
date. Your reservation cannot be confirmed until we receive
your final payment. Payment not received by the due date will
result in your space being cancelled. You may make payment
by: cash, personal cheque (Canada and USA only, Visa or MasterCard).
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel any skiing package at any time.
Full refund for the ski package will be given in this event.
Cancellations
For cancellations made prior to the 10 weeks, payment will
be refunded less the $500.00 deposit. There will be no refund
for cancellations made within the 10 weeks prior to arrival
date. We strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation insurance
from a travel agency, insurance company or motor association
for both your ski package and your airfare.
Insurance
In addition to holiday cancellation insurance, we also strongly
suggest you carry emergency evacuation insurance, as emergency
evacuation by helicopter in the event of an injured skier is billed
to the injured party. It is recommended that all skiers purchase
travel or accident insurance. Your insurance broker can advise
you to what other types of insurance you may require, such as
disability and life insurance.
Exclusion of liability assumption of
risks
Please read carefully!
Wilderness skiing and snowboarding involves risks, dangers
and hazards in addition to those normally associated with
downhill skiing and snowboarding at a ski area. These risks,
dangers and hazards are outlined in our release of liability
and Assumption of risks Agreement which all guests are requested
to read and required to sign before participating in our wilderness
skiing program. This agreement will affect your legal rights
should you be involved in an accident. Copies of this agreement
are available from our office.
